Story Of The Day.

Twenty Second Day Of June – 2019.
This Poem Is For You Little Boss*.

Wiping off the tears of the wind,
Who wept when sleepless in thoughts I sat,
Thoughts about the yesterdays in memories,
Happiness danced then to sadness surrendered.

Surrendered like the night to the day,
Wind came and flown all around taking birds,
On her wings and made them sing for me,
In those songs I have heard about gladness.

Gladness that came to a man who can’t love,
None else but the love he felt for someone,
Who unforgivably unloved him as older he is,
Gladness he found when he defined his love for her,

Love for her from the bottom of his heart he took,
And material part fell as into the spirit of his soul entered,
The gathered senses that came from beyond imaginations,
Where only the glow of her soul from his soul he found.

He found the glow as deep in her soul unknowingly,
She loved him as every word he wrote she felt,
Deep in her heart and her heart from far he felt,
With a glow from her soul into his heart and soul reached.

Reached every corner of his material being too,
And made him glad in every pulse of life he lived,
Oh’ I wish I can bring to verse every bit of that song,
As the wind through the spirit of trees glided.

Glided and came to rest around me she tried,
When she learned that not a wink I slept,
As in the gladness and glow of the love Little Boss,
I felt all night and most of the morning pulse.

Pulse the wind felt made her weep in sweetness,
Of the gladness of love for my Little Boss I wrote,
In my happiness I wiped those happy tears,
Hiding every bit of sadness `Little Boss’s absence gave.

Story Of The Day.

Twenty First Day Of June – 2019.

Silence all around horizons roamed,
When God let loose the flashes of day,
And when sleep left me ah’ ears pained,
Light fever upon my brows danced.

The morning I left like I left an old friend,
And slept for good or bad things to happen.
Good things abandoned me in words and deeds,
Bad things haunts me but stopped short of a good soul.

In the end I told, “Don’t live life, left life enjoy you”.
Out of comforts of the comforter and dreamy pillows,
I stepped into the day when wild birds screeched to save,
Their little ones and attacked everything at my front door.

“The birds stays everyone can go to hell” I said out loud,
As I took what remains of the day to enjoy me,
The world out there maybe wonderful, fearful and hurtful,
I don’t care as the love I may stir up in heart of a girl matters.

“Make your love blind and deaf and you will know me,
Or you will lose me in the pulse of the world,
That beats louder than any of your imaginations,
And will make realities nastier than your fears.”.

Story Of The Day.

Twentieth Day Of June – 2019.
This Poem Is For You Little Boss*.

Upon a well laid foundation she slowly painted,
Beautiful make up in low orange shade to welcome,
The day emerging from the bottom of the East,
To spread into the west upon the chariots of the Sun.

Before he wore the fiery crown with all his love Sun kissed,
Red lipsticked lips of Dawn and the verse of the day he wrote,
Ah’ the beauty of Dawn on every day in a new way freshened,
Like the soul of my “Little Boss” inside my soul every Dawn.

The day around me up and down and all around dragged,
Lazy times cloaked me hard with unreasonable sadness,
Ah’ what wonderful dreams are fulfilled this day I wondered,
As when I woke, I didn’t even remember, if any dream I saw.

When Sun took his crown off and leaving dark blanket on day,
But as he took his heavenly dip in the west once more smile,
The princess of evening in the form of Dusk stealing a kiss,
From his reddened lips, ah’ when will I kiss you “Little Boss”?.

My question upon the backyard maple I left to rest,
As there is only one blessing I can take to bed,
The love God blessed me with the very first moment I felt,
When she walked to me with a smile that perfected my poetry.

Story Of The Day.

Nineteenth Day Of June – 2019.
This Poem Is For You Little Boss.*

The morning twilight an extra time dipped,
In the golden dreams of the rising Sun,
All that stood for the peace of humanity,
Fell under the spell of Nature’s magnanimity.

As day through events like a river flown,
Everything it touched woke and bloomed,
The blessing of divine all upon Earth felt,
Perfect were the times for new dreams to birth.

Every sense that prepared to weave news dreams,
I leashed them and put them down as I know,
No sense of mine shall weave another dream,
Beyond all that I wove with Little Boss in mind.

Then gladness came and in the rhythm of heart wrote,
A Song about my love for her that rhymed in love,
Sadness came and in a low broken but sweet voice sang,
That song, as she no longer read the language of my heart.

Story Of The Day.

Eighteenth Day Of June – 2019.
This Poem Is For You Little Boss.*

Hope, ah’ what a wonderful connector of emotions,
The peace maker between the angry and sad,
The love maker between the unloved and depressed,
The fun maker between the happy and funny.

The world woke up around me with hopes and left,
The maniacs had fun before and after their sanity,
They too relied on hopes for a while and understood,
There is no happiness in the world that can give them fun.

I fell asleep when the world left homes to work,
My fun I brewed from the unloved to the sad,
The I learned a bit of depression and angry can add,
Some fun to erase the pain of the unloved and sad.

Evening sandwich with the friends of friend fun filled,
All through the day and through the fun and hopes,
Thought about the girl I call “Little Boss” with love,
She is the Queen of my heart who refused the crown.

Story Of The Day.

Seventeenth Day Of June – 2019.

Romantic fantasies always were a passion of mine,
Oh’ I remembered every girl from my childhood till date,
Those pretty faces that held my heartbeat and breath,
And left me astray beyond hopes of any recovery.

Oh’, recovered I from everyone to disappoint tried,
Belief of me being a survivor, Oh’, so wrong were I,
As friendships and relations to understand me failed,
It is sheer arrogance to overcome the odds I learned.

The world at me for changes in their ways screamed,
Even if the whole humanity that were dead and gone,
And the living as a whole or one by one charges at me,
Change I will not for I know I am right against hypocrisy.

The day began and ended in screams by hypocrites,
As I stood by my own right and left them all astray,
Oh’, no soul I expect to stand by me, for no soul I find,
Yet, far she maybe, Little Boss shined a ray of hope.

Story Of The Day.

Sixteenth Day Of June – 2019.

Dark remained in the morning for me as I abandoned,
Sleep to stay and watch the Sun rise and then,
I wished a thousand dreams adored me filled with love.
Nothing unusual, no callers, no visitors on a fathers day.

When bed became uncomfortable ah’ Sun to the west slanted,
Day left me no time and no thoughts beyond my Little Boss came,
She the one I love and in some way of her own loves me,
Night kissed me all around, dinner and tea wonderfully done.

A hundred thousand stars from all corners woke,
The night birds sat on my maples scratching barks,
Oh’ waiting and waiting for my heart to be read,
And none came, nothing even usual happened.

As the last phase of the night packed to leave,
Ah’ I know every door of heavens are open,
My conscience stopped questioning my motives,
What prayer I should say I questioned myself.

Then to heavens I said “O’ God, what I can have,
Or what I cannot have are immaterial in life now,
For the perfection of my love for her I know she deserves,
More than anyone and honor me to grant her my love.”.

Then to me I asked “When will you ever truly sleep?”,
As I saw the victorious rays of light gathering the joy,
Of the passing night and into the hearts of sleeping souls,
Spread that joy to yet another bright and wonderful day.

Story Of The Day.

Fifteenth Day Of June – 2019.

Season of Spring by illegitimate children of winter seduced,
Their mating rituals brought cold unusual at this time of year,
The comforter lived up to its name as my stone built home kept,
The cool left over by the Spring-Winter cross child.

Brunch woke me further as yet another weekend flourished,
Cold never stopped neighbor’s lawn mowers to growl out loud,
My yard loved the sprouts and little wild flowers still blooming,
Eyes spread around and searched, shadows yester times held hard.

Childhood image of my dearest I saw and in mind laid,
Corner stones of a narrative in verses I will write,
As reality from me she hides, my fantasy will assume,
Life of her past, in present for a future that will be real.

Night tickled me to sleep early but an owl mode mind took,
The darker the night became, the louder the poet spoke,
When fantasy movies played on television screen, mind drew,
Strips of images of my darling’s dreams about her prince charming.

Story Of The Day.

Fourteenth Day Of June – 2019.
This Poem Is For You Little Boss*.

The dreamer woke in the glitters of the dream,
Morning eaten away by the day and left me speechless,
So faded away the slowness of a fantastic friday,
Ah’ the day welcomed me well spread out and bright.

Routines done, failed runs as time beat me out of Mosque,
As along the world, I too rolled I found many smiling faces,
Oh’ they all smiled as a gesture of the week ending calm,
My walk and talk only mattered about business as usual.

When I welcomed the evening, Oh’, my eyes were closed,
Yet another dream passed through the mind and left me speechless,
For reasons all my knowledge and experience of my life,
Not yet known I said, “Forget me not O’ dear, my dearest”.

Then with all thoughts and prayers I wished I were loved,
She only comes in dreams that leaves me speechless,
She says nothing, she looks through me into oblivion,
Still, there is no way in mind I can find to unlove her.

Story Of The Day.

Thirteenth Day Of June – 2019.

Billions of rays out of unknown numbers of blasts, sprouted,
And like spring streams galloped all around spreading,
Much needed energy for life to thrive, and for me to see,
Smiles filled with love, ah’ from childhood to adulthood carried.

Failed, Oh’, they all failed, to brighten loveless hearts,
Who all stood stunned in the awe like lifeless statues,
Eyes wide open, mouths ready to speak but no sense,
Came to them to see, to taste, the perfection of the world.

Day like a serpent crawled into the corner of everything,
Church kept on ringing the wedding bells of someone’s success,
Blessing from me to those lucky souls for everlasting love.
Oh’, glad I am when seeing the gladness of others.

Evening wandered around to see happy smiles and gathered,
A little chill left by rains of night that passed in peace,
The coming night yawned up in the East and readied,
Dark horses tied to chariots to whip up the dusts of night.

As my mind smiled to gain from me some much needed rest,
Somewhere in the furthest corner of the sky I saw,
A rising star beating all odds of the dancing night,
That little star represented all hopes of a loving man.
